Legal information

Content or our online offer

The content of these pages does not constitute a contractual offer. The Centre and ECE explicitly reserve the right to change, add to, delete, or to temporarily or permanently stop publication parts of these pages, or the complete offering.

Links

When referring to external websites (“links”), any liability obligation is excluded, unless we are aware of the illegality of the content, and it is technically possible for use to prevent use. The Centre and ECE therefore explicitly state that at the point in time when the link was set up, no illegal content was found on the linked pages, and that we had no information about such content on the linked pages. After our check, we have no influence of any kind over the design or content of linked pages changed after the link was created. This statement applies to all links created within our own internet offering and reference to third parties, as well as external entries in guest books set up by the author, discussion forums, link directories, mailing lists and in all other forms of databases, where the content allows external written access.

The service provider or operator of the pages in question is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. For illegal, faulty or incomplete content, and, in particular, for damages arising from the use or non-use of this type of information supplied, liability lies exclusively with the operator of the pages referred to not those merely indicating the publication in question via links.

Legal validity of this exclusion of liability

This exclusion of liability should be viewed as part of the internet offering which redirected to this page. Where parts or individual formulations of this text do not, no longer, or not completely correspond to applicable legislation, the remaining parts of the document are unaffected in terms of their content and validity.

Copyright and trademarks

We strive to consider copyrights of graphics, animations, photos and texts, to use graphics, animations, photos and texts we produce ourselves and to use license free graphics, animations, photos and texts. All brands and trademarks named within the internet offering and possibly protected by third parties are subject, without limitation, to the directives of the relevant applicable trademark rights and rights of ownership of the relevant registered owner. It should not be assumed that, simply because a brand is named, the trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties! Copyright for published, or objects produced by the Centre, ECE or their agents remains with the Centre and ECE alone. Any duplication, editing, distribution or any kind of utilisation or use of graphics, animations, photos, and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without explicit written permission from the centre or ECE. Downloading, using or copying these pages is only allowed for private, non-commercial use.
